We usually ship orders within 2 business days from our warehouse. During peak season, shipping days may vary - you can see any updates on page 1 of our website.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We are wholesale only - no returns or exchanges please. Should you receive any product damaged - you must contact us within 1 business day - hold packaging for common carrier inspection - and we will immediately refund or replace the damaged merchandise once claim is made by you to us and to carrier. We will be happy to handle all paperwork except the intial damage report MUST be filed by you!
If you return an item to us (unauthorized return) - we will hold the merchandise for your account for 10 days - and dispose of goods at the end of the 10 days - should we elect to accept the return for stock and issue credit - we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee.
Fedex delivery note: Standard FEDEX delivery is to your location - FEDEX will leave packages on your porch, with a neigboring business, or front door/back door/side door unless you request a signature confirmation. You must request the signature confirmation option at time of order in the NOTES section. Please read FEDEX policy on delivery with signature confirmation. You may have to pick up at the terminal after the first delivery attempt.
Frequently Asked Questions:
How can I tell when shipped? We send via FEDEX ground (for small shipments) - we no longer can update each shipment with email from fedex - however, feel free to contact us if you do not receive shipment approx 8 days after order date and we will be happy to track for you. Please note - this does not apply during peak holiday season - as days to ship may far surpass our normal 2 days.
What if I want to use my own common carrier? We gladly will ship via your common carrier for large orders.
Are tops included? Appropriate closure is included in the total price of the item.
You sell by dozens - but how do you pack items? We sell all items by dozen lot only - but we may combine items in packing per inner box - this helps reduce your overall FEDEX freight costs by maximizing weight per master package.
