We are wholesale only - no returns or exchanges please. Should you receive any product damaged - you must contact us within 1 business day - hold packaging for common carrier inspection - and we will immediately refund or replace the damaged merchandise!

How can I tell when shipped? We send via FEDEX ground (for small shipments) - you should receive a tracking number from FEDEX within 1 day of shipment

What if I want to use my own common carrier? We gladly will ship via your common carrier for large orders.

Are tops included? Appropriate closure is included in the total price of the item?

You sell by dozens - but how do you pack items? We sell all items by dozen lot only - but we may combine items in packing per inner box - this helps reduce your overall FEDEX freight costs by maximizing weight per master package.
